Why is my Sassa SRD R350 Grant declined
Identifying Alternative Income Sources:
This means that your (applicant’s) bank account had more than her R595 during the period under review.
Identity verification failed:
This means that the personal information you provide on the application does not match the information provided by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).

existing_sassa_grant:
This means that you (the applicant) received another type of social assistance during the screening period.
nsfas_registered:
This means that you (the applicant) received her NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) funding during the verification period.

uif_registered:
This means that you (the applicant) received her UIF payment during the verification period.
gov_payrol_registered:
This means that you (the applicant) were employed by a government agency during the verification period.
age_outside_range(>60):
This means that you (applicant) are older than her 60 and therefore do not meet the age requirements during the retest period.

age_outside_range(<18):
This means that you (the applicant) do not meet the age requirements during the retest period because you (the applicant) are under her 18 years of age.
Death records for DHA:
This means that you (applicant) will be recorded as deceased in the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) database during the review period.
