Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification or equivalent NQF level 4 with 3 year’s relevant experience. Computer literacy, Planning and organization, Good verbal and written communication skills, Job Knowledge, Teamwork.
Duties:
Verification of information on applications and supporting documents is complete and correct. Capture all relevant information accurately. Update relevant information on the system if applicable. Ensure that all referral letters are posted timeously. Keep files and records up to date. Capture decisions of the Provincial Regulatory Entity (PRE). Liaise with the Secretariat with regards to compiled agendas. Submit files with relevant and complete information to the PRE Secretariat for scheduling. Check upliftment details. Liaise with the Metros in relation to referral letters. Liaise with the Registration Office in relation to the registration of operators. Supervise the resources of the component and perform generic supervisory functions.
