- Has sales experience
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone
- Taking messages
- Quote gathering
- Leads follow up
- Client invoicing
- Assigning contractors to jobs
- Email Management & Social Media Replies
- Booking appointments
Tools to be used:
- Slack for team communication
- BookingKoala, Jobber, Housecall Pro,
