Grade 12. No experience. Knowledge: Compensation Fund objectives and business functions. Directorate or Sub-directorate goals and performance requirements. Compensation Fund Services. Compensation Fund Value Chain and Business processes. Stakeholders and Customers. Customer Services (Batho Pele Principles). Risk Awareness. COIDA Act, Regulations and Policies. Human Resource planning procedure.
Legislative Requirements: COIDA Act, Regulations and Policies. Public service Act. Occupational Health
and Safety Act (OHS). PFMA and National Treasury Regulations. General knowledge of the Public Service Regulations. Skills: Required Technical Proficiency. Business Writing Skills. Data Capturing. Data and records management. Telephone Skills and Etiquette.
