Tharisa Minerals aims to provide recently graduated & P1+P2 students with an opportunity to gain exposure to the work environment for a limited duration contract period of 2 years as a graduate and 12 months as a P1+P2 Student. Tharisa Minerals Internship Programme is a unique opportunity to gain business skills in the mining industry and also gain exposure to field of expertise as well as acquire critical business competencies
Tharisa Minerals is offering a Graduate and P1+ P2 Programmes training exposure opportunities in the following disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering (INT004-MCE)
Electrical Engineering (INT004-EE)
Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering (INT004-M/CE)
Analytical Chemistry (INT004-AC)
Geology (INT004-G)
Mining Engineering (INT004- ME)
Rock Engineering (INT004-RE).
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
In order to apply for our Internship Programme candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate Interns must have N-dip/ Degree for the fields of study mentioned in the categories above
- P1+P2 Programme, a tertiary letter for in-service training for the fields of study mentioned in the categories above. experience.
- NO prior work experience in the field of study or any internship/ graduate programme.
- Excellent academic results
- Basic computer literacy
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Only South African Citizens may apply.
Preference will be given to applicants from local community/labour sending areas.
No accommodation will be provided.
