REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum requirement: Basic literacy and numeracy. Experience: Appropriate experience in the transportation of personnel and goods in a Health Facility set up. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written. Must be Physically fit to perform duties, to lift and load heavy items, be of sober habits. Must do standby and work overtime after hours, including weekends and holidays.
DUTIES :
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail daily. Deliver and collect patient folders to and from various departments. Record all folders received in Medical Records and retrieve both current and archived patient folders. Assist with general administrative duties. Support to supervisor.
