JOB TITLE Intern: Audio visual media productions

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To capture and edit video material as well as taking of photos to promote Seda’s offerings, services and activities on various media platforms.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
– Production of Seda videos (pre and post production)
– Capturing of Seda photos and production of photo slide shows
– Assisting the Corporate communications and Marketing team with general marketing tasks if needed
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
– Matric (NQF Level 4) and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in videography/ video editing and photography.
– Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in videography/ video editing and photography.
– Computer literacy (windows 10, powerpoint, adobe photoshop, adobe lightroom, adobe premier pro and adobe after Effects)
– Able to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of video production and photography.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To Provide support to the Stakeholder Management/PR & Media Unit
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
– Assist with development and publishing content for a wide range of digital communication channels e.g. websites, video feeds, organisational publications and social media platforms.
– Provide internal Communications Support
– Provide Stakeholder Management Support
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
– Matric (NQF Level 4) plus National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Relations or Journalism or Marketing or Communications studies.
– Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Relations or Journalism or Marketing or Communications studies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
– No Work Experience required
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
(Functional Level 1)
– Theoretical Knowledge of Marketing, Stakeholder Management and Communications
– Ability to communicate, read and write in English and one or more other South African Languages
