What will you do?

Effective administration of queues and sending of contracts to clients.
Administration of requirements for new business and underwriting.
Printing, checking and dispatching of acceptance letters.
Responding to all Sales enquiries
Effective & professional communication
Log all new alteration process & scanning requests to specialists
Handling different processes required by the position – DOC’s, NTU’s, ROT’s etc.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Contract distribution and Scanning
Client Service (internal & external)
Administration 
Systems (Thought Express)
Auxiliary duties as required by Management

Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12 
Minimum of 3 years working experience in insurance industry and New Business environment.
