Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing finance and accounting support to the office.
Key duties include:
- Processing payments for service providers.
- Providing support to Financial Accounting.
- Managing the payment register.
- Receiving claims and invoices.
- Checking claims and invoices for correctness.
- Submitting claims and invoices to the Director: Administration for approval.
- Capturing subsistence and travel claims on PERSAL and BAS.
- Capturing cellphone claims on PERSAL and BAS.
- Administering petty cash for the office.
- Submitting certified payroll to Head Office monthly.
- Tracking creditor payments on the tracking system.
- Distributing finance-related policies and circulars to officials.
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Verifying the availability of funds.
- Recommending approval of expenditure.
- Assisting with the compilation of the regional budget.
- Printing and distributing expenditure reports to managers.
- Compiling monthly reconciliations and other reports.
- Ensuring processed payment batches are properly filed.
- Attending to payment section-related queries.
