Purpose of this opportunity
The purpose of the program is to provide you with 12 months work experience. These positions are based at Clover’s branches, including Clayville, Bloemfontein, CDC Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Queensburgh and Port Shepstone). Clover is committed to upskilling the youth of South Africa. Clover has an exciting opportunity for the unemployed youth to join the sales department as a Merchandiser.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Stock control and ordering
- Ensuring product availability on shelves
- Maintaining equipment control and clean products
- Establishing and maintaining good business relationships
- Basic merchandising and administration tasks
Qualifications Required:
- Are between 18 and 35 years old
- Possess a matric qualification
- Are currently unemployed
- Have not previously participated in a YES Programme with another organization
Competencies:
Desired competencies include effective communication, honesty, consistency, customer orientation, and results-driven attitudes.
