Responsibilities

  • Perform office administration duties
  • Facilitate real estate’s issues in order to effect the transfer of property
  • Administration of customer care centres
  • Co-ordinate and monitor land invasion to discourage illegal land invasion
  • Implementation of National programmes to exercise choices in terms of affordability in housing
  • Facilitation of landlord and tenant related issues to resolve disputes
  • Implement operational governance and Risk Management processes in the context of organisational policy
  • Implement the budget within the Customer Care Area (CCC)
  • Provide effective customer service to the Public and build relationship with stakeholders
  • Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of divisional objectives

Job Requirements

  • Administration Diploma or relevant built environment diploma
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Ability to manage housing related matters
