Gfleet is hiring Administration Clerk: Call Center

Requirements :

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent NQF level 4 Qualification. Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in a communication environment will be an added advantage and a valid Driver’s License (minimum code B/EB)

Duties :

Responding to emails and answering telephone calls and direct phone calls. Maintain record keeping of all electronic and physical documentation Scan documents into the electronic documentation management system.

Preparing documents for meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, and assisting with office management. Provide general support to visitors. Answering customer questions, providing information and follow-up Client calls where necessary. Maintain relations with the internal and external stakeholders and ensure that service delivery within the section complies with the Batho Pele Principles.

If the information is not provided in the CV, the applicant may be disqualified. The questions related to conditions that prevent re-appointment under Part F must be answered. Declaration must be completed and signed. Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications and other relevant documents on application but must submit the Z83 and a detailed Curriculum Vitae.
