Expansion of Nasi Ispani has been confirmed by Gauteng Premier, Andrek Panyaza Lesufi. The Government has once again defended that the NASI iSPANI job creation project not an election stunt.

Expansion of Nasi Ispani

Provincial Leadership, alongside the Department of Labour, is launching a massive jobs skills programme and they are creating nearly half a million jobs.

Many political parties insist that the ANC is using the job creation programs for votes. Gauteng MECF for Human Settlement, Mr Lebohang Maile stated that the government can’t stop working just because elections are approaching.

The iCrush ne Lova Jobs and Skills Programme is the new initiative and expansion of the Nasi Ispani Programme. The Gauteng Government is promising to provide jobs to 482 092 people.

“The iCrush ne Lova Jobs and Skills Programme seeks to bridge the gap between the skills supply and the demands of an evolving South African job market and is the cornerstone of the provincial government’s efforts to combat unemployment and ignite Gauteng’s economy,” said Lesufi.

Gauteng iCrushNeLova Jobs and Skills Programme will avail many opportunities.

Those who will partake in the programme will be offered a monthly stipend and the leadership of Gauteng Government believes that residents deserves Job opportunities instead of Social grants.

How and when to apply

Unemployed residents of Gauteng Province will have access to apply at their nearest school or community hall on 13 and 14 April 2024.
