What You’ll Do In Your Customer Service Internship:
- Provide first-level contact and support for customers seeking administrative and technical assistance, resolving issues promptly.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and within specified timeframes.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and offer solutions or alternatives through research.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Escalate unresolved queries to higher support levels as necessary, maintaining proper communication protocols and documentation.
What We’re Looking For In A Customer Service Intern:
- Proficiency in English
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Tech-savvy
- Matric certificate
Requirements
- You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You’ll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!
Schedule:
- 8 hours Monday to Friday
