Requirements:
Minimum Grade10/ NQF level 2. Basic life support and 1 year experience in Public Service will be an advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to work shifts and under pressure. Be people oriented. Sound knowledge of Customers care and Batho Pele Principles.
Duties:
Managing queues into the hospital and waiting areas in a professional and friendly manner. Control and maintain order in waiting areas. Direct clients to follow appropriate line. Provide information to the clients in the queue. Welcome patients and visitors. Be able to give health talks to waiting patients. Provide clean cups for water. Check environment for broken equipment. Oversee/mend helpdesk and handle relevant queries and complaints. Performing of any other duties as delegated by supervisor. Helping to maintain a clean and tidy environment. Maintaining the flow of patients and welcoming people on arrival.
