Requirements :
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent. Accounting as a subject will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations.
- Computer literacy. Good customer relations and communication skills. Knowledge of transversal systems i.e. SAP, BAS and Persal systems will be an added advantage.
Duties :
- Budget monitoring and aligning expenditure according to allocated budget. Processing of supplier payments on SAP system (E-invoicing).
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and transversal systems (SAP/BAS, PERSAL/BAS and MEDSAS/BAS). Ensure that all payments are in compliance with PFMA, TREASURY REGULATIONS and other financial policies and regulations. Processing of journals. Perform any other finance duties delegated by the supervisor.
