REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification with 0 to 2 years working experience. A range of work procedures such as, Data capturing, administration procedures relating to working environment including norms and standards, Batho Pele Principles. Accuracy in execution of duties. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, experience in data capturing and
telephone etiquette. Administration skills and reporting procedure.
DUTIES : Ensuring realtime data capturing is done. Assist in answering all incoming calls. Perform all Office Administration related duties. Be able to work independently and under pressure. Filing, compiling statistics and any other related duties.
