Procedures. Skills: Financial Management, Communication (Verbal and written), Computer literacy, Time management, Planning and organising, Analytical, Numeracy, Interpersonal.
DUTIES : Collect outstanding Overpayments balance. Keep all Overpayment Debtors Records manually and electronically. Monitor the payments of benefits to clients.
