Job Description

To fulfil all customer generated online demand in order to grow revenue and provide customer service for BC SA.

Qualifications

  • Matric/Diploma/Degree
  • Relevant FAIS qualification coupled with FAIS experience for product categories.

Experience

  • 2 – 5 Years Business & Commercial Banking experience
  • 1 – 5 years Digital & eCommerce experience in an operations / back office environment, specifically within banking.
  • Understands the banks products, processes and systems.
  • Accurately set up of account limits post authentication and verification processes followed
  • Consistently provide a positive customer experience.
  • Guide customers on all new digital platforms (e.g., Backbase), and ensure that requests are dealt with as per laid down policies and procedures.
