Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building Science/Quantity Survey/Architecture/Civil Engineering/Project Management or N6 Certificate in Building Science, Construction Management, or Civil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with site manager to oversee site progress.
- Ensure quality control according to approved specifications.
- Attend construction meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of contractor claims and compliance with EPWP reporting guidelines.
