Momentum Corporate contributes towards skills development through the provision of internship opportunities to unemployed youth graduates in order for them to gain work experience in various areas. We therefore invite application from suitably qualified graduates to participate in a twelve months internship programme. What we will offer:

Role Purpose
Responsible for performing and controlling general accounting duties, in support of the overall finance operations and to manage risk and ensure accuracy of financial information.
Requirements
- Matric or Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
INTERNAL PROCESS
- Performing the Reinsurance function within Group Insurance.
- Compiling correspondence with internal and external clients.
- Preparing variance reports and analysis.
- Preparing the monthly balance sheet recons in preparation for financial reporting.
- Compiling various management reports.
- Assisting on special projects when the need arises.
NB: Should you be successful, you will be employed for a period of twelve (12) months, with a monthly stipend.

- One successful Intern will be based in Bellville, Cape Town
- Applicants cannot be committed to another internship at the time of application or have participated in an internship before
