Requirements

Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
A valid CAA Flight Attendant License will be advantageous.
A minimum of one year’s Customer Service experience.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Knowledge of CATS and CARS manuals.
Must be fluent in English.
