Requirements :
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in an Administration environment, knowledge of office administration, or experience in Case Management administration. National Diploma or Degree in Public Administration or a relevant equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. Job-related knowledge: Batho Pele Principles, Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Good telephone etiquette, sound organizational skills, language skills, ability to communicate well with people at different levels and backgrounds, and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to act with tact and discretion, organizing skills, problem-solving skills, and record management skills.

Duties :
- Monitor and manage internal patients who are externally funded, including filling in of Charge Sheets and ensuring relevant documents are in the file. Ensure that UPFS are correct, specific, and relevant. Ensure efficient and effective communication of updated clinical information for externally funded patients. Liaise with all relevant role players in matters relating to Case Management. Authorizing all medical aid patients. Daily monitoring of inpatients’ registration by doing ward rounds. Coordination of work with the Finance Department.
