Requirements :

  • Grade 12 / Equivalent. Good verbal writing and communication skills, typing skills, report writing. Computer literacy (MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms power point, Ms outlook). Knowledge of BAS, SAP, PAAB, understanding of PFMA, UPFS, ICD10 coding, Treasury Regulation and DORA will be an added advantage.

Duties :

  • Billing of entire billable service/external funders. Debt management. Compile & write off outstanding accounts. Vendor management. Monitor Petty cash, monitor account no 2, collect cash & issue receipts, ensure daily banking of state money. Reconcile packing and Accommodation, Patient Dept reconciliation, register of deposits, Annexure F, Revenue reports.
