The purpose of the job is to ensure that all the Sales & Marketing administration and duties pertaining to Sales Agents agreements, commission payouts, data capturing, product registrations, reconciliations and purchases are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Finance/Bookkeeping/Administration Qualification (will be advantageous)
Experience
- 3 – 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong Excel Skills (Super User)
Duties
Consistently achieve agreed targets by conducting the following:??
Calculating and paying the commission to the agents and agronomists
Reviewing and uploading contracts for Sales Agents
Product Registrations and renewals
Pulling reports on Power BI reporting system
Assisting Sales Agents with commission system, DIY CRS (payslips, IRP5) and other queries
Managing the Product Master on the system and uploading product pricing

Proficiency in MS Office Suite ( is a must)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Since the commission agents and agronomists are mostly Afrikaans speaking, understanding the language will be an advantage
Strong administration skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to work effectively under pressure
