Are you passionate about programming and ready to embark on an exciting journey? Look no further! NWK is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and dive into the world of programming.
As a learner programmer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of our in-house system development department, collaborating with various teams across aspects like finance, legal, retail, and silo services.
Purpose of the position:
As a key member of NWK’s operational system development team, your primary focus will be on mastering the intricacies of programming within our dynamic environment.
Over the course of one year, you’ll undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, including but not limited to:
- Creating and developing a graphical interface in collaboration with PHP or natural programmers for the NWK operating system (no prior knowledge required).
- Developing PHP programs within NWK’s existing framework.
- Crafting web-based programs.
- Testing and fine-tuning developed systems.
- Implementing systems and providing hands-on training to end-users.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, and Computer Studies.
- Minimum 60% grade in Grade 12 Mathematics.
