Main purpose of role:
To provide an efficient sales administration support service to the Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Leads. Responsible for liaising with Customers, internal stakeholders and providing support for the sales team.
Key responsibilities:

- Offer support to Key Account Managers by compiling sales proposals and support documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with switchboard and reception when needed
- Compile archive of Central24 projects
- Facilitate the booking of campaigns using iQuote and SAP booking systems.
- Support Key Account Managers by creating iQuotes for clients using iQuote system.
- Liaise with clients concerning the receipt of signed Iquotes and Purchase Orders and ensuring all advertising material and tags are received.
- Offer general administrative support to the team.
- Liaise telephonically and via email with customers regarding urgent orders or queries when Key Account Managers are not available.
- Compile sales documentation for presentations when necessary, in attractive and visual presentation style.

Requirements
- Min. Grade 12 and sales qualification
- At least 1-2 year experience in an administrative role with, with some exposure/experience in Sales Support
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and application and internal systems; Excellent in MS and Excel
