Graduate Opportunity 2025 at Jonsson Workwear

At any point in time during the 2 years, top-performing candidates may be given the opportunity to take up permanent roles, which will be decided on a case-by-case basis by our Senior Leadership team. Mentorship will be provided by leaders in the business who will work closely with each graduate; not only providing guidance and support, but also pushing the team to challenge themselves to strive to always do better and be the best version of themselves.

The experience we’re looking for: 

  • Completing their final year of study in 2024 (undergraduate or postgraduate qualification) – qualification to be complete prior to the commencement date.
  • Interest and involvement in community outreach and social activities.
  • Part-time work experience preferable. 
  • Outstanding academic achievement.
  • No previous formal full-time work experience.
  • Living in South Africa.
