Minimum educational qualification: Senior certificate or equivalent qualification. Inherent requirement: Valid Code (EB/B) drivers’ licence. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to collate, verify data, work accurately and methodically. Good interpersonal and
organisational skills. Computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).

Experience: Experience in office administration and rendering support services in an administrative environment, store or warehouse. Experience in providing support service functions in an administrative setting.

DUTIES : Render an effective and efficient administrative support service in the Western Cape Health Warehouse. Render effective and efficient Warehouse related support functions. Keeping abreast and record relevant and Departmental prescripts/policies and procedures.
