Grade 12/ Senior Certificate. Knowledge: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulation, Compensation Fund business strategies and goals, Compensation Fund Value Chain, Directorate goals and performance requirements, Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles). Skills: Computer Literacy, Business Writing, Listening, Telephone etiquette, Basic interpersonal.

DUTIES :
Provide administration services regarding COID legislation to the client of the Department. Receive and verify documents for registration. Register the claims on the Operational System.
