Job Description

Business Outcome: Act as the first point of contact for customers, dealing effectively with requests, answering queries, taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion | Process and System: Undertake enquiries, in accordance with legislation, procedures and protocols across all service areas and procedures and service level agreements | Development – Self: Comply with FAIS fit and proper competency requirements as set out in by Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002. Ensure continuous increased personal growth and development | Control and Risk: Always act in accordance with the General Code of Conduct as articulated by Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002
