Minimum Requirements:
Grade 10 (Standard 8), Cert on Customer Care, coupled with 1-year experience
Key Performance Areas:
Give inputs into to RAA Policies, Procedures, Systems and Controls pertaining to Auxiliary Services, Cleaners are required to undertake the following duties as directed by the supervising officer, using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line the with the requirements of the cleaning specification, Take
full control and responsibility of all municipal assets under his/her control, Ensure internal and External stakeholders are supplied with excellent cleaning services, To ensure all Auxiliary Services records are accurate and up to date.
