Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this Administration Clerk vacancy, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A recognized three-year tertiary qualification in Administration or an equivalent qualification
- A valid and unexpired driver’s license
- Strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and minute-taking skills
- Good verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of the National Water Act and water resource management
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the province when required

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to strengthen stakeholder coordination and governance processes within the Water Management Area.
Main duties include:
Administrative and Meeting Support
- Organize meetings for the Institutions Stakeholder Engagement and Governance Division
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas, and minutes
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with institutions such as water user associations, municipalities, catchment management forums, and community organizations
- Send invitations and meeting documentation to forum members on time
- Respond to general stakeholder queries and correspondence
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain document management systems and filing records
- Draft letters and official correspondence to stakeholders
- Assist with reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
Office and Logistics Support
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and catering for meetings
- Photocopy and bind documents for distribution
- Manage office stationery and equipment procurement
