GENERAL WORKER STORES (LINEN STORES ASSISTANT) (X2 POSTS)
Directorate: Facilities Management
SALARY : R138 486 per annum
CENTRE : Head Office, Cape Town, (Sub-directorate: Laundry Services)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum requirement: Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience: Appropriate stores and laundry/linen experience.
- Inherent requirement of the job: Medically fit to lift and carry heavy bags.
- Competencies knowledge/skills): Excellent verbal and writing communication skills. Good writing skills.

DUTIES: (key result areas/outputs): Loading and offloading stock/linen on trucks, vans and shelves. Transport goods and linen to and from the floor. Receive and dispatch of linen/stock to facilities. Packing, stacking and racking of linen and stock. Housekeeping and General Hygiene cleaning.
