If you have applied for the SASSA SRD R350 grant and are still waiting for the results of your application, you can check the status of your SASSA grant on sassa srd website. You can also check the meaning of the status, payment method, etc.
How to check Sassa Relief Grant Status Check Online
You can check the status of your application under the following link. https:
//srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status. This is the direct path for Sassa status checks. Go to the web page or go to the Sassa SRD r350 website, scroll down the page until you find the tab with the text My Application Status, and press the button.

Then enter the name and phone number registered on your ID card (identification card) in the blanks.
There is no need for sassa reapplication for R350 if already you are on the system.
Application completed:
If you see this status, it means that the applicant has completed her SRD Scholarship re-application process and your SRD Scholarship application will be reviewed monthly. Don’t forget to check the status of your confirmations and payments each month using the status checker above.

Pending bank details:
If you see this status, it means that your application or reapplication has been received, but you have not provided your bank details or preferred payment method. Enter your bank details on the SRD website (click here for information on how to enter your bank details for SRD grant applications).
A new application is running:
If you see this status, it means SASSA is not accepting re-applications. Submit your application for SRD funding here.
Period (e.g. March) Pending:
If you see this status, it means that SASSA has successfully received your reapplication and is in the process of reviewing your application for that particular month. Check his SRD status in a few days using the yellow status checkbox above.
Period (e.g. March) Approval:
If you see this status, it means your application was approved for that particular month. Check Grants Payday for details on when you can receive your money in the status checkboxes above. If SASSA has not yet provided a pay date, it means the payment is still being processed and you should check the status again in a few days.
Period (e.g. March) Rejected:
If you see this status, you’ll see that your request for that particular month was rejected and the reason for the rejection. If you believe your application was rejected in error, you can submit a reconsideration request (scroll down this page to learn how to request SASSA to reconsider your application).
