The Monocle Foundation Bursary provides comprehensive coverage for the following expenses:

Tuition fees
Book and study material allowance
Laptop
Accommodation
Subsistence allowance
Career counseling
MS Office course

Application and Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted by the Trustees, and all applicants will receive feedback on the outcome of their application.
The selection process includes a telephonic screening with the Trust Administrator, followed by a personal meeting with the Trust Administrator. Shortlisted candidates will then attend a one-on-one interview with one of the Trustees.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the Monocle Foundation Bursary, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

South African citizenship
Female
Black (African, Coloured, Indian, or Asian)
Completion of Matric (Grade 12)
Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in one of the specified fields of study
Enrollment in the second year or higher of study
Studying at a recognized and accredited South African tertiary institution
Demonstrated financial need, with limited to no funding for education
