Main Purpose of the Job

As a recent tax graduate, the overall aim is to ensure that you benefit from a seamless integration into your professional role as a tax practitioner at Deloitte. The TrAX curriculum consists of the following pathways: specialised tax-technical development, professional & leadership development and on-the-job coaching/development through cross functional tax experience across tax service areas.

The programme consists of 12 months of ongoing development. Should the Employee meet the outcomes of the Tax & Legal curriculum & performance objectives relevant to their role in the first year, including the successful completion of a Value Proposition, they then may be considered for progression to the second year within a homebase business unit in Tax & Legal for a further 12 months.

Qualifications

Degree in:

LLB

Computer Science

Data Analytics

Environmental Science

Engineering (all streams excl Industrial)

Postgraduate qualification in Tax (Honours)

NB: Work experience means: Post qualification and/or Industry work experience. As this is a graduate programme applications will not be accepted from candidates with more than 2 years of Industry work experience.
