When Is the Payment Date for July 2023 SASSA SRD R350 Grant?
Now it is confirmed that payment dates start from 4th July, 2023.
The South African government has introduced the COVID-19 Social Relief (SRD) grant to help people facing financial difficulties due to the pandemic. For eligible applicants, the R350 grant is paid in monthly. However, the grant payment schedule is divided into batches, with each batch being paid on a specific date.
If beneficiaries are unable to withdraw during the first few days after Sassa grant payments have been released, Sassa has said that they need not worry as their Sassa grant money will always be available to withdraw.
Beneficiaries who do not have bank account details, they can receive grant payments at a post office (SAPO/Post Bank), Pick and Pay or Boxer Stores.

- Scroll down to ‘Application status’
- Click on ‘Click here to check online’
- Fill in the required fields and follow instructions
- You will be able to see the status of your R350 grant application.
- The status of your application will be displayed as soon as you click on the “Submit” button.
