Salary Package
Successful candidates will earn a salary ranging from R228 321 to R268 950 per annum, depending on experience. Appointees will be required to sign a performance agreement.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Typing as a subject, or
- A Secretarial Certificate or relevant training/qualification that enables effective job performance
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organising abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Integrity, loyalty, and reliability
- Knowledge of relevant policies and prescripts
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Sound administrative and organisational skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including:
- Rendering secretarial and administrative services to legal professionals
- Providing administrative support for meetings, functions, and conferences
- Performing general clerical and office administration duties
- Preparing and processing documents related to the payment of accounts
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management
