First National Battery invites unemployed youth to apply for Learnerships available for 2023 / 2024

Location: The project is located within East London
Duration: The programme will be offered over a period of 12 months.

First Battery is extending an invitation to unemployed male candidates who are interested In obtaining the following qualification – National Certificate: Mechanical Engineering: Fitting NQF Level 2, to commence in November 2023.
Number of Candidates 10 Unemployed male youth – due to restrictions in the workplace environment at First Battery, only male candidates will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be willing and able to work shifts
- Must have successfully completed Grade 12 with Maths/Science.
- N2 Mechanical Engineering would be strongly recommended.
- Must be able to do assignments and tasks given without close supervision.
- Be able to read/write/communicate in English
