Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this Driver vacancy, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Education: Grade 10 or ABET Level 4.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher).
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well within a team and interact professionally with members of the public.
Key Performance Areas (Duties)
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential logistical and administrative support, including:
- Driving & Messenger Services: Providing reliable transport and delivery support.
- Mail Distribution: Collecting and distributing mail, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Document Collection: Liaising with government institutions to collect and deliver documents.
- Official Transport: Transporting department officials to various destinations safely.
- Administrative Support: Rendering basic clerical services as required by the office.
