Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate

- PFMA and National Treasury Regulations
- Batho Pele Principles and customer service standards

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify documents for COID registration
- Capture and register claims on the operational system
- Assist employers through kiosks, online systems, and service centres
- Provide employer support services
- Handle service-related enquiries, queries, and complaints
- Ensure accurate and timely client service delivery
