Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this post, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Basic clerical duties and office practices
- Data capturing and record keeping
- Computer operations and statistics collection
- Legislative framework governing the Public Service

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within the component, including:
- Recording, organising, storing, capturing and retrieving correspondence and data
- Updating registers and statistics
- Handling routine enquiries and office communication
- Photocopying, faxing, and distributing documents
- Maintaining filing systems and document registers
- Typing letters and official correspondence
Supply Chain Support:
- Assisting with procurement of goods and services
- Obtaining quotations and completing procurement forms
- Managing office stationery stock and asset registers
Human Resources Support:
- Maintaining leave, attendance, and personnel records
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff
Financial Administration:
- Capturing and updating expenditure records
- Processing subsistence and travel claims
- Managing petty cash and telephone accounts
