Description:
Medical and laboratory supplies.

Supplies Company based in North riding. We are looking for a junior Receptionist/Office
Administrator.

Salary R 6000 to R8000 depending on skills offered.

Candidate must have strong sage pastel accounting experience. last working experience using pastel not more than two years ago .

The ability to speak clearly and professionally with very good telephonic etiquette .

Must have previous reception experience with excellent written and organization skills.

Strong competency in Microsoft applications including

Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Duties include the following;

Follow instructions and assist the director.

Monitoring stock levels, follow up and tracking shipments and incoming orders , processing month
end statements ,customer quotations and orders.

Weekly stock takes , assisting sales consultants.

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders
when necessary.

Ensure that all filing is kept neat and up to date at all time.

Ideal candidate must be friendly ,energetic an contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. Compulsory
