REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 (NQF 4). Knowledge of: Administrative processes and policies. Public Services Act Skills: Communication, computer, numeracy and interpersonal skills Thinking Demand: logical, creative thinker, accurate and
objective.


DUTIES : Capture/ update database for SAMODD. Maintain SAMODD in terms of new registered mine, mine codes and liaise with Head Office Management Information Services where is necessary. Records and file all occupational
medicine records, report and correspondence regarding mines and its employees. Handle general enquiries and provide advice.
