FINANCE CLERK REF NO: TDHS/A/2021/56 (X1 POST) (1 Year Contract)
SALARY : R173 703 per annum
CENTRE : Tshwane District Health Services
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with 1-year financial management/accounting experience or an appropriated Degree/National Diploma in Accounting/Finance.Other Skills / Requirements: Knowledge and experience in BAS, SAP, SRM and Persal. Thorough knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations and financial policies and procedures. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Candidates must have work experience in Budget processes,
Reporting and Accounts Payable. Sound accounting skills.
DUTIES : Compile and manage the budget of the institution in the district and Bronkhorstspruit Hospital. Monitor budget spending in accordance with the set policies and procedures. Provide assistance and Bas reports to management and institutions in the district in terms of budget, expenditure and reporting monthly. Manage and identify miscellaneous payments and the clearing of suspense/control accounts, Safekeeping of Basic Accounting records and face value documents. Approve shopping cart and confirmation of goods receive voucher (GRV) on SRM). Attend to supplier’s queries and web cycle. Monitor commitment register. Perform Monthly reconciliations of transversal systems (BAS/PERSAL, BAS/SAP, BAS/MEDSAS and Revenue)
